Dr. Ram Yeletti has joined Parkview Health as the system looks to deepen its footprint in central Indiana. His primary role will be to expand the organization's specialty care services and strengthen its physician network across the region.
Yeletti previously served as a senior executive at Community Health Network, where he oversaw clinical operations and strategic growth. His experience in managing large-scale provider networks is expected to help Parkview compete more aggressively in a market dominated by established players like IU Health and Ascension.
Parkview, based in Fort Wayne, has been steadily pushing southward in recent years. The system has opened outpatient centers and urgent care clinics in counties surrounding Indianapolis, aiming to capture patients who currently travel long distances for specialized treatment. Yeletti will focus on recruiting specialists and building referral relationships with independent physicians in those areas.
The move comes as hospital systems across the state jostle for market share amid rising demand for outpatient services. Parkview has not disclosed specific financial targets, but officials say the expansion will prioritize cardiology, orthopedics, and oncology. Yeletti starts his role immediately.
